Your wedding is incredibly important to me, and I want to make sure you have the best experience possible. It is the responsibility of the named person who is booking to understand, agree and accept responsibility of all booking conditions. By proceeding with your booking and paying a deposit, you accept the following.
Deposits and payments
- For weddings, a non refundable / non transferable deposit of £50 is required to secure your date and time of your wedding party. Without a deposit, the date may be offered to other interested parties.
- For occasional makeup bookings, a non refundable / non transferable deposit of £10 is required to secure your date and time of your booking, which must be BACS transfer only.
- A full payment is taken the day of the makeup appointment and accepted methods of payment for this with be cash or BACS transfer, cheques will not be accepted.
- Any deposits that were previously made before booking will be deducted from your final payment.
Travel Expense
- The client will cover any necessary travel expenses of the makeup artist as agreed at time of booking. This is to include, should it be required, congestion charging and parking charges. Travel within a 15 mile radius of SO40 will not be subjected to to any charges. Mileage outside of this radius is charged 45p per mile.
Trials
- Trials are not compulsory but are recommended to ensure that a style or look meets with expectations on the day and are recommended 6 weeks before your wedding date
- The trial appointment lasts up to 3.5 hours unless agreed otherwise
- During your trial you must say if you are dissatisfied or unsure of the results and the style can be changed during the appointment time. You are encouraged to make the most of the first trial, as additional trials will be at an additional cost.
On the day of your booking
- It is respectfully requested that clients are on time or ready for their appointment
- Any late clients can result in your appointment time being either cut short or terminated completely. This is to avoid further disruption to other clients booked in on this day.
- In the event that we experience unforeseen delays on the day which are out of our control due to clients arriving late/not being ready when needed, refunds will not be given.
- If you are aware of factors which could delay our journey then please advise us as son as possible so we can factor this into our route.
5. In the unlikely event that we are delayed due to traffic/or unable to attend at all for any unforeseen (e.g. bereavement or serve illness) then services not carried out will be refunded.
6. In the event that there is a request to cancel your booking, then 2 calendar months notice is required.
Products and sensitivities
- The client must inform us of any allergies/sensitivities/skin conditions before any services are carried out for yourself and other third parties you may be booking. This includes before/during the trial and after if any sensitivities/problems have been found.
Photography
- Photographs/videos images of clients and other parties of the booking are taken at the trial and events will be published on our website/social media page for marketing purposes. Please let us know in advance if you wish not to be photographed.
